Exercise Review (20 minutes)
Our most common follow-up appointment for established clients. Perfect for reviewing your progress, updating your exercise program, monitoring recovery, answering questions and keeping you on track towards your goals.
Comprehensive Follow-up (30 minutes)
Ideal when additional time is required for more complex rehabilitation, detailed reassessment, education, or progression of your management plan. This appointment provides extra time to address more involved presentations or concerns.
Complex Case Consultation (60 minutes)
Recommended for clients with care coordination or reporting requirements for complex medical conditions.
