Physiotherapy, or Physio, is a client-centred, evidence-based health service. Physiotherapy focuses on improving movement, function, independence and overall wellbeing, supporting individuals to participate safely and confidently in meaningful everyday activities.

Tom provides rural generalist physiotherapy services, meaning he is open to supporting people of all ages, backgrounds and health conditions. With extensive experience in regional and remote communities, Tom understands the importance of flexible, practical care that fits each person’s environment and goals.

Requested physiotherapy services may include:

  • Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), including mobility and support needs evaluation
  • Falls risk assessment and balance retraining
  • Strength and conditioning programs
    • Pain management and rehabilitation
    • Neurological rehabilitation
    • Home exercise program development and review
    • Post-operative rehabilitation
    • Aged care and chronic disease management
  • Respiratory physiotherapy, including airway clearance and breathing techniques
  • Assistive Technology (AT) assessment, prescription and mobility aid recommendations
  • School, work or community participation support
  • Telehealth: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, phone, email or other telehealth platforms
